Asset Management

Asset Management is an integral component of the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula’s capital asset and infrastructure planning. Through effective asset management practices, the Municipality plans for the long-term replacement, rehabilitation, and renewal of municipal assets while supporting annual preventative maintenance programs.

Asset Management Planning enables the Municipality to make informed, data-driven decisions to ensure infrastructure is maintained in a safe, reliable, and sustainable manner that meets current and future community needs.
