If By-law Enforcement Officers require any additional information during the investigation, staff will contact you. Please note that investigation details and any enforcement actions are confidential. As such, staff are unable to provide updates or disclose information regarding the status or outcome of an investigation.
The Sign By-law regulates sign specifications within the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula. All signs erected within the Municipality must comply with the specifications of the Sign By-law, including:
- Size;
- Shape;
- Material;
- Display; and
- Maintenance.
A Sign Permit Application, drawings and a fee may be required prior to the installation of a sign. The fee for a sign permit is found in the Fees and Charges By-law.
