The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula only gathers information that we need to know in order to respond to your request (e.g. if you contact us via the website, we will need your email address so we can respond). You can always choose to not provide it and contact us through another method (e.g. contact us via telephone or in-person).

We only collect and use the personal information for purposes that you have agreed to. We do not collect personal information about any of our website visitors unless you provide the information in a form. 

The Municipality is the sole owner of the information collected through our website. We do not exchange, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any outside organization or person unless the disclosure is required by law.

All the personal information you provide us is stored in a secure computing environment protected by firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
