REPAIR OF HIDDEN VALLEY ROAD MUNICIPALITY OF NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA
Sealed Tenders, in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, will be received by:

Up until 2:00 p.m. (EST) local time on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Major items of the tender include:
• Construct access lane to Crane River.
• Employ silt curtain and electroshock fish from work area.
• Remove sediment from work area.
• Place clean armour stone in work area below water level up to finish level.
• Restore upslope river bank to 3:1 H:V with topsoil, seed and cover matt.
• Restore Hidden Valley Road next to work area with granular A.
• Extend upstream and downstream ends of existing 900 mm dia. CSP culvert including rip end treatment.
A tender deposit shall accompany all tenders in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond to be completed in favour of the Owner. The tender documents define the amount of the tender deposit. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Bond within two (2) weeks of Contract award. All to satisfaction of the Owner.
