The Property Standards By-law sets standards for maintenance and occupancy for properties within the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula. All property owners are required to repair and maintain their property in accordance with this by-law. This includes yard conditions, parking areas, walks, driveways, accessory buildings, fences, and other structures.
