To ensure the Community Newsletter remains informative, inclusive, and appropriate for all readers, submissions must be relevant to the community and of general public interest. All content must be respectful, non-offensive, and free from discriminatory or inappropriate language. Political endorsements, campaign-related material, and advocacy intended to influence public opinion will not be accepted. Commercial content should be limited to community-based services, events, or initiatives and may be subject to space limitations. The Municipality reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, and style. The Municipality also reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at its discretion, and these guidelines may be updated or revised at any time to reflect operational needs or evolving community standards.
