Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Notice

Sanitary sewer flushing will take place October 27–31, 2025 in Tobermory.

This routine work helps prevent blockages, odours, and equipment issues. During this time, you may notice sounds or odours from your plumbing, or minor water splashing due to air pressure in the lines.

To help prevent messes:

• Keep toilet lids closed

• Cover drains when not in use

• Remove bathroom floor mats

• Cover basement floor drains with plastic and a heavy object
