Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative

Join our team as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders! Reporting to the Treasurer, this full-time role provides customer service and administrative support across all departments, including the CAO.

What You’ll Do:
  • Front-line customer service (in person, phone, email)
  • Clerical support to Treasury & CAO
  • Manage digital filing (Laserfiche)
  • Schedule meetings & coordinate office operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Post-secondary education in business/accounting (AMCTO program an asset)
  • 2+ years office experience
  • Strong computer, communication & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of municipal operations an asset
Details:
  • Office-based, 37.5 hrs/week
  • Salary: $55,604.92 – $63,918.50 + benefits
