Join our team as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders! Reporting to the Treasurer, this full-time role provides customer service and administrative support across all departments, including the CAO.
What You’ll Do:

Front-line customer service (in person, phone, email)

Clerical support to Treasury & CAO

Manage digital filing (Laserfiche)
-
Schedule meetings & coordinate office operations
What We’re Looking For:
-
Post-secondary education in business/accounting (AMCTO program an asset)
-
2+ years office experience
-
Strong computer, communication & organizational skills
-
Knowledge of municipal operations an asset

Office-based, 37.5 hrs/week

Salary: $55,604.92 – $63,918.50 + benefits
