Snowbank Pushback – Road Safety Reminder 

Trust us… we’re all tired of the snow. But with the amount we’ve had this season, we need to do some extra work to keep roads safe.

As part of the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula’s winter maintenance operations, our crews will be pushing back snowbanks along roads and at plow turnarounds to help widen driving lanes. Some roads have become narrow, and snow buildup at intersections is also impacting visibility.

How you can help:
Please clear snow away from mailboxes and garbage bins so they stay visible to plow operators. Items that aren’t visible may be accidentally buried or damaged during snow removal.
