Reminder: Property Taxes are Due September 30, 2025
As of Sept 25, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is on a national strike.
Is your cheque “in the mail”? You will need to cancel that cheque and make payment through one of the approved options below.
The Municipality is not responsible for any missed deadlines or charges caused by mailed payments.
How to Pay:

Through your bank: online banking, telephone banking, or in person at most financial institutions.

At the Municipal Office: 56 Lindsay Rd 5, Lion’s Head (debit, cash, or cheque).

Drop box: Cheques with payment stubs can be left at the Municipal Office drop box.
Please note: We do NOT accept credit cards or EFT.
Late Payments: Interest is added on the first day of default and the first of each month thereafter.
Reminder: bank payments take 24 hours to process
