Remembrance Day 2023 - Services and Office Closure

Remembrance Day is a day for all Canadians to remember the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. It is a day we encourage every individual, young and old, to pause, to give thanks and to remember.

Anyone is welcome to attend any of the following Remembrance Day Services:

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 202
Monument Corner Cenotaph – Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 9:15 to 9:30 a.m.
Lion’s Head Cenotaph – Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 290
Tobermory Cenotaph – Saturday, November, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

The Municipal Office will be closed on Monday, November 13, 2023, in observance of Remembrance Day. A drop box is located at the front of the building for your convenience. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
