Tobermory Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Notice

Sanitary sewer flushing will take place October 27–31, 2025 in Tobermory for Bay Street, Brock Street, Head Street, Carleton Street, Front Street, Eliza Street and Highway 6.

This routine work helps prevent blockages, odours, and equipment issues. During this time, you may notice sounds or odours from your plumbing, or minor water splashing due to air pressure in the lines.

 Municipal Office Closure – Victoria Day

The Municipal Office (56 Lindsay Road 5, Lion's Head) will be closed on Monday, May 19, 2025, for the Victoria Day holiday. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, May 20.
- A secure drop box is available at the front of the building for your convenience.
- Curbside garbage and recycling collection will continue as scheduled on Monday.
- Eastnor Waste Disposal Site (1252 West Road, Lion's Head) will be open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
