Business Licensing For Bed and Breakfast Establishments

The Municipality is reviewing how Bed & Breakfasts (B&Bs) should be regulated in our community.

Right now, zoning rules set requirements for occupancy, parking, signage, and guest rooms—but while licensing is required, no formal program exists.

Council is considering creating a Business Licensing Policy.  Surveys, public meetings, and community feedback will help shape the path forward.
