Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula Passes 2024 Operating and Capital Budget

Northern Bruce Peninsula, ON - The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula is pleased to announce the passing of the 2024 Municipal Operating and Capital Budget. The budget includes a tax rate increase of 6.15%.

Mayor Milt McIver expressed his satisfaction with the approved budget, stating, "The 2024 Municipal Operating and Capital Budget reflects our commitment to providing essential services and investing in infrastructure to support our community. We believe that the investments outlined in this budget are necessary to ensure the continued prosperity of Northern Bruce Peninsula."

The approved budget includes funding for key priorities such as road maintenance and repairs, waste management services, and recreational facilities. The Municipality will also continue to support local businesses and initiatives that contribute to the economic development of the region.
